A great tasty substitute for spaghetti when your craving the real thing.


  • 1½ Cups raw red pepper
  • 2 Tbs Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs Olive oil (cold pressed, organic)
  • 2 Tbs. Nama shoyu soy sauce
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 2 Zucchini or squash for noodles

    1. Set aside the Zucchini or squash for noodles.
    2. Blend all the other ingredients in a high speed blender until warm, but not above 105 F.
    3. Peel zucchini or squash for the noodles and slice using a spirooli slicer.
