Raw Portabella Mushroom Sandwich

Portabella mushroom marinated in 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tbs Nama Shoyu, and 1 Tbs Rosemary

Raw Mustard

Tomato

Leaf Lettuce

Cucumbers

Sprouted Raw Bread

Marinate portabella mushroom for several hours. Then layer with other sandwich ingredients and enjoy!
