Here’s another great warming comfort food – Raw Chili. Enjoy this hearty chili on a chilly fall day!

Raw Chili – The Works!

2 cups blended tomatoes (3-4 tomatoes or 1-2 large tomatoes)
1/2 cucumber peeled
1/2 red bell pepper seeded
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup whole leaf dulse
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup nama shoyu
1 1/2 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
Top with sprouts, avocados, scallions and jalapenos!

1. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth Garnish with sprouts, avocados, scallions and jalapenos.
