Raw Banana Pancake Recipe

When you’re craving brunch, these raw banana pancakes hit the spot!

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup shredded dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 1 Tbs cacoa powder or cinnamon (optional)
  • fresh or frozen fruit and nuts (optional)
  • Dehydrator
  • Instructions

    1. Mash or puree bananas with flax and coconut.
    2. If using cocoa or cinnamon, add those also.
    3. Stir in any fruit or nuts.
    4. Dehydrate at 110 degrees overnight, 12-16 hours.
