Pizza crust: 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds, drained 1 cup soaked flax seeds, not drained 1/2 yellow onion 1 bell pepper 1/2 lemon 1 tsp salt Combine sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of flax, onion, pepper, lemon and salt to a vitamix and puree until you form a dough. Combine in a large bowl with the other 1/2 cup of soaked flax seeds. Roll the dough thinly onto dehydrator trays. We find this is best done between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll into a circle of use your fingers to create a crust. Pizza Cheeze: 1 cup sunﬂower seeds, soaked and drained 1 yellow squash 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 small cloves garlic 1 tsp sea salt Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix and blend until smooth. Olive Tapenade:3 cups pitted red olives 1/2 cup olive oil 2 Tbs lemon juice 1 small handful parsley black pepper Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix and blend until smooth. Pizza Toppings: 1/2 cucumber 1/2 cup pitted green olives 1/4 fennel bulb, thinly sliced 1/2 cup green olives fennel fronds for garnish Thinly slice all ingredients. Spread each bread crust with “cheeze” and olive tapenade. Top with toppings. Serve with friends!
