Winter Natural Elixir Recipe

A great way to warm yourself and refresh your spirit at the same time. This Elixir uses tea and various natural essential oils and spices along with almond and coconut milk.
In sauce pan, warm:
1 teabag of Ron Teagarden’s gynostemma tea by Spring Dragon
1 teabag of Organic Rooibos or Chai Rooibos
1/4 tsp Co Curcumin
1 drop clove oil
1 drop orange essential oil

Yield: 1 loaf

3 cups pecans, soaked
3 cups walnuts, soaked
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup chopped carrot
2 T. paprika
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. poultry seasoning
your choice of flavor enhancer, to taste
Stir in:
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced celery
